Are you passionate about making people smile—literally? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, upbeat environment and love being part of a supportive team? Brentwood Dental Group is looking for a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our upbeat, growing team under the leadership of Dr. Julianna Pikus!

What You’ll Do

• Assist the doctor with all dental procedures and keep patient flow running smoothly
• Keep schedules on track—no patient wait time, just efficient and thoughtful care
• Review charts, document treatment data during exams, and transcribe doctor’s notes
• Document health histories and medications, helping patients understand how it all connects
• Capture high-quality digital X-rays and intraoral photos
• Take stellar impressions and ace digital scans
• Be fluent in dental terminology and confident in equipment maintenance
• Help patients feel informed and excited about their treatment plans
• Support the front desk—greet patients, check in/out, present treatment plans, verify insurance
• Collaborate with the team and jump in wherever needed with a positive attitude

What You Bring

• 2+ years of general dentistry experience preferred
• RDA License with current CPR certification
• EFDA certification (optional but welcome!)
• Familiarity with Dentrix is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for patient care
• A “let’s do this” attitude and a team-player mindset
