We are seeking a Dental Assistant to join our dental team. The Dental Assistant will assist the dentist during various treatment procedures, help patients feel comfortable before, during, and after dental treatment, and maintain excellent patient care. Our offices are located at Complete Dental Arts (25 mins south of Atlanta airport, Thomas Crossroads) and Fayette Dental Group (Fayetteville). No walk-ins or emails please.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a dental assistant program or on-the-job training.
• X-ray certification preferred.
• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong customer service skills.
• CPR certification is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare treatment rooms for dental procedures.
• Assist the dentist during examinations and treatment procedures.
• Sterilize and maintain dental instruments.
• Take and develop dental X-rays.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene.
• Schedule patient appointments.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Assist with lab work as needed.
• Follow infection control procedures.
