All About Smiles is now seeking a Full Time Dental Assistant in Naples, Florida.

Overview

As a Full Time Dental Assistant, join our community of collaborative, high-quality clinical, business and operations professionals. Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 7:30am–4:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Dentists chairside
• Welcomes patients and preps them for treatments or checkups ensuring comfort
• Selection and setup of instrumentation, equipment and other dental materials as needed
• Instrument sterilization according to regulations
• Maintains accurate patient records
• Lab tasks as instructed
• Provide post-operative care instructions
• Maintain clean and stocked operatories

Qualifications

• Florida Essential Functions Dental Assistant Required
• Organized lead Dental Assistant with at least 2 years of dentistry experience
• Polished, professional, organized, multi-tasker with Cosmetic and digital dental experience
• Ability to be proactive in work
• Ability to present treatment plans to patients
• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
• Understanding of health & safety regulations
• Experience with digital software
• Excellent interpersonal skills with great positive energy, empathetic, kind and outgoing
