Base pay range

$21.00/hr - $25.37/hr

Gardner Health Services is currently recruiting to fill the following (4) Dental Assistant positions:

• Full-time, 40 hours/week. This position will rotate through the various clinics in the San Jose, CA area.
• Full-time, 40 hours/week based at the CompreCare Health Center located in San Jose, CA.
• Part-time, 24 hours/week, partially-benefitted position based out of the Saint James Health Center located in San Jose, California
• Part-time, 8 hours/week (Saturday shift only) position based out of the CompreCare Health Center located in San Jose, California.
  
  

Dental Assistants perform a variety of duties to assist the Dentist with the examination and treatment of patients. Both registered and non-registered Dental Assistants are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, organized, with strong customer service skills. Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required .

HIRING BONUS!

Gardner Health Services is now offering a $2,000 hiring bonus for qualified Dental Assistants! Dental Assistants will be paid half of the bonus at the time of hire and half at the successful completion of 6-months employment. The bonus will be prorated based on level of full-time equivalency (FTE).

Minimum Qualifications

The minimum qualifications of these positions are listed below. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Dental X-Ray Certification
• Bilingual English/Spanish Preferred
• Current RDA Licensure (California)
• Two Years' Experience as RDA Preferred
• If selected, other documents and certifications may be required as part of the hiring and credentialing process*
  
  

Compensation

Compensation and level of position placement will be determined based on relevant experience and education.

Dental Assistant - $21.00 - $25.37/hourly

Registered Dental Assistant - $22.49 - $27.66/hourly
