Pay: $15-18/hr, depending upon experience.

Schedule: Monday - Thursday 7:30am - 4:30pm.

Responsibilities

  • Provide chair-side support to Doctors and Hygienists, including charting, patient education, and operatory setup and clean-up.
  • Manage patient flow for efficient appointments.
  • Welcome patients and ensure positive experiences.
  • Capture and process X-Rays.
  • Enter treatment plans and maintain patient files as directed by the Dentist.
  • Complete sterilization of equipment and operatories.
  • Monitor laboratory cases to ensure readiness for the next day's schedule.

Qualifications

  • Dental Assisting Certification in the appropriate state from an accredited school.
  • Previous experience as a Dental Assistant preferred.
  • X-Ray certification or ability to acquire it promptly.
  • Coronal polishing and Nitrous Oxide certifications are a plus but not required.
  • Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to create a positive, supportive environment for patients and team members.
