Locations: Mt. Healthy & Lincoln Heights Health Centers – Cincinnati, OH

Schedule: Monday–Wednesday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM; Thursday 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM; Friday 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM.

Overview

We are seeking a Dental Assistant with a professional demeanor and exceptional customer service to join our Mt. Healthy and Lincoln Heights Health Center locations. This role supports dental operations and delivers a positive, comfortable patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms and patients for procedures
• Provide chairside assistance to the Dentist, Dental Hygienist, and/or EFDA
• Record exam findings and maintain accurate documentation
• Monitor sterilization cycles and follow infection control protocols
• Maintain inventory of dental supplies and ensure clinical readiness
• Support patient flow and clinic operations
• Assist with various dental procedures as needed

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED (required)
• Ohio Radiographer’s License (required)
• Certification in Dental Assisting or equivalent on-the-job training
• Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
• Familiarity with dental infection control standards (OSHA, CDC, ADA)
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations
• Strong organizational skills and willingness to learn electronic dental record systems
• Team-oriented, flexible, and open to supervision
