Overview

At The Smilist Dental, we provide high-quality dental care in a warm, welcoming, and professional environment. We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and motivated Dental Assistant to join our growing practice and contribute to our mission of excellent dental care.

Responsibilities

• Keep patients focused on optimal treatment while addressing their concerns and promoting the doctor’s qualities.
• Maintain a clean, sterile, and cheerful environment; prepare patients for treatment and assist the doctors to deliver efficient, high-quality dental care.
• Escort patients to and from the front desk.
• Prepare tray setups for dental procedures and maintain adequate supply levels in each operatory, ordering and replenishing as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Dental Assistant — at least 1 year.
• Active PA x-ray license.
• Knowledge of dental instruments, equipment, and procedures.
• Prior Dentrix experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Attention to detail and a positive attitude.

Position Details

• Schedule: Full Time — Monday through Friday — no weekends.
• Salary Range: $25.00–$28.00/hour
• Location: Brinton Lake, PA
