Base pay range

$56,160.00/yr - $64,480.00/yr

Your day to day

As a Dental Assistant, you'll be an essential part of our mobile care team, working closely with Dentists and Hygienists to provide high-quality, comfortable care to patients. Your role will include:

  • Preparing patients for dental procedures and ensuring they feel at ease
  • Taking and developing dental X-rays using digital imaging technology
  • Assisting with cleanings, polishing, and fluoride treatments to promote oral health
  • Maintaining accurate dental records and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
  • Transporting, setting up, and maintaining dental equipment and supplies for mobile visits
  • Educating patients on proper oral hygiene and post-treatment care
  • Driving a company-provided minivan (or your own, if needed) to patient locations

Qualifications

Education, Training & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum Active State Level Dental Assistant Certification
  • At least one year of experience working in a dental setting (preferred)
  • State Driver's License and clean driving record

Skills & Abilities

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to make patients feel comfortable
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Requirements

  • Willing & able to lift and transport dental equipment & supplies
  • Must be comfortable driving a minivan for mobile visits
  • Must have a clean driving record and be able to pass a background check
