Job DescriptionDENTAL ASSISTANTAutomation Personnel Services is looking for a Dental Assistantfor a company based in Memphis, TN. This company is currently seeking an experienced Dental Assistant for our Memphis location. The Dental Assistant will be responsible for clinical support and surgical assistance. Patient care is first priority. You will also have administrative duties assigned to you along with maintaining surgical supplies. Pay Rate $15.00 per hour (pay will increase after the probationary period/rollover)Schedule and Hours Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm (30 minute lunch) Dental Assistant Duties and ResponsibilitiesPrepare and sterilize surgical instruments, maintain a sterile field, and assist during surgical procedures by handling instruments and managing suction, mirrors, and other tools.Take, process, and mount X-rays or digital imaging under proper certification and following all safety protocols.Execute thorough sterilization of instruments and equipment; adhere to clinical infection control guidelines.Maintain inventory of all materials used.Compliance with company policies and procedures Compliance to safety requirements.Perform other duties as assigned.Dental Assistant Qualifications and Requirements•CDA or RDA preferred but not required•Oral surgery experience or surgical assistance experience is a plus•PPE: Scrubs, tennis shoes•Strong attention to detail•Ability to work in a team environment•Bilingual skill a plusJob TypeFull-time, temporary to hireBenefits •Weekly Pay•Medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance•40 Hours Service Bonus after 1 year of continuous service and 1500 hours•6 paid Holidays after 1 year of continuous service and 1500 hours 401(k) Retirement PlanAutomation Personnel Services is the only staffing agency specializing in manufacturing and industrial roles that offers 401K matching to all eligiblecontingent and temporary associates.Interested in this job?Click Apply Now, email your resume to apsMemphis@apstemps.com, or call us at 901.751.2323to learn more.
