Full-Time Dental Assistant – Endodontic Private Practice

We are a busy, well-established endodontic private practice seeking a full-time Dental Assistant to join our dedicated team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, detail-oriented professional who is passionate about patient care and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Position Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for chairside assistance during endodontic procedures, patient care, and radiographic imaging. Experience with front desk tasks, including scheduling, insurance verification, and claim processing, is highly preferred—especially familiarity with PBS Endo software and Dental XChange.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the endodontist chairside during all clinical procedures, including root canal therapy and surgical cases
• Prepare and maintain a clean, sterile clinical environment
• Take and process digital dental radiographs
• Provide excellent patient care and comfort before, during, and after procedures
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Support front office operations as needed:
• • Schedule appointments and manage daily workflow
  • Verify insurance and submit claims via Dental XChange
  • Utilize PBS Endo software for patient management and treatment planning

Qualifications:

• Dental Assisting certification (RDA/CDA) and current radiology certification
• Minimum 1 year of chairside assisting experience preferred (Endodontics experience a plus)
• Familiarity with PBS Endo software and Dental XChange is highly desirable
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Professional, compassionate, and team-oriented attitude
