Austin Center for Endodontics is excited to add a hardworking, full-time Registered Dental Assistant to the team! We are a specialty dental (Endodontic) practice that is looking for a caring individual with great people skills who works well with others. Our modern office is located 3 miles north of downtown Austin. The office is committed to excellent patient care in a warm, comforting environment. Teamwork and mutual respect are big part of our office dynamic.Responsibilities:Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations and proceduresAssist the dentist during dental procedures, including passing instruments, suctioning, and providing patient comfort.Take and record vital signs and patient assessmentsPerform medical imaging, such as dental x-rays, as directed by the dentist.Maintain accurate patient records and update electronic health record systems.Follow strict infection control protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment.Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-operative care instructions.Schedule patient appointments and manage patient flow within the dental office.
