Downtown Flossmoor location We are looking for a full time dental assistant who is available to work 8:30 am-5:00 pm. PPO office that is privately owned. We do all phases of dentistry. Experience is preferred. Salary is dependent upon experience

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, instruments, and equipment

• Assist the dentist during exams, cleanings, and procedures

• Take high-quality dental X-rays and ensure accurate documentation

• Maintain strict infection control and sterilization protocols

• Record and update patient information in charts and practice software

• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment instructions

• Manage supply inventory and restock treatment rooms as needed

• Provide compassionate, professional care to patients throughout their visit

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• Prior experience as a Dental Assistant (preferred, but willing to train the right candidate)

• Ability to take dental X-rays (required, certification not necessary)

• CPR certification (preferred)

• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

• Team player with a positive, patient-focused attitude
