Plumbing Mechanic – Commercial Construction
Location: DMV Area

We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Mechanic to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation and layout of plumbing systems for commercial new construction projects. You'll read and interpret blueprints, install piping systems, and ensure all work meets code compliance and quality standards.
The ideal candidate has hands-on commercial plumbing experience and thrives working both independently and as part of a team.
ResponsibilitiesInstall water supply, drainage, and plumbing systems in new commercial buildings
Lay out, assemble, and install piping systems, fixtures, and equipment
Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and building codes
Cut, thread, and bend pipe to precise measurements using proper tools
Install supports, hangers, and other components to secure plumbing systems
Perform pressure tests and inspections to verify system integrity
Collaborate with foremen, project managers, and other trades on-site
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Adhere to company policies and OSHA safety regulations
3–5+ years of commercial plumbing experience
Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and construction procedures
Proficiency with hand and power tools
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
Reliable transportation and a basic tool set
OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred
Journeyman plumbing license (preferred)
