General Mechanical Position – Entry Level

Ideal for those with mechanical aptitude, including automobile repair experience or military mechanical background.No prior aircraft experience is required

Job Responsibilities:

• Work in the wheel line or brake line department/wheels shop
• Perform teardown, repair, and overhaul of aircraft tires and brakes
• Construct, maintain, and test mechanical equipment, machinery, and components
• Identify parts for replacement and order new parts as needed
• Use hand tools for mechanical repairs

Requirements:

• Experience working with hand tools
• Mechanical repair experience (automobile industry experience considered)
• Prior military mechanical experience is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday (Occasional Saturdays)
• Shifts:
  • 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM
  • 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
