- Conduct DOT inspections and support compliance with vehicle, safety, and environmental regulations
- Work closely with the Equipment Manager and procurement team to order parts and coordinate mobilization across job sites
- Train field operators on daily equipment care, including fueling, greasing, and cleaning
- Assist with equipment loading, unloading, tagging, and site deployment

- Keep field shop areas clean, organized, and compliant with all safety standards
What You’ll Bring:
- Hands-on experience maintaining and repairing construction or agricultural equipment
- Familiarity with hydraulics, diagnostics, and electrical troubleshooting
- Knowledge of DOT inspection standards and safety regulations
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to track maintenance records accurately
- Flexibility to travel between project sites and work outdoors in field conditions
- Welding or fabrication experience is a plus
Why Join Us:
At Conductor Power, our success on-site starts with reliable, well-maintained equipment—and that begins with you. As a Field Equipment Mechanic, you’ll be part of a mission-driven team building the renewable infrastructure of tomorrow while keeping operations efficient, safe, and mobile.
