Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing*** Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on heavy-duty diesel equipment* Inspect and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems* Ensure equipment is safe, reliable, and compliant with company standards* Maintain accurate service records and documentation* Collaborate with team members to prioritize and complete work efficiently**What Are We Looking For*** Demonstrated ability to diagnose and repair diesel engines and heavy equipment* Proficiency with tools, diagnostic equipment, and repair procedures* Strong commitment to safety and preventative maintenance practices* Ability to work independently and as part of a team* Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures**Conditions of Employment*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing**Work Environment*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level**What We Offer*** $25.88 - $27.88 per hour* Benefits through the Company for Medical, Dental, and Vision* Union Pension* Company paid vacation, and holidaysEqual Opportunity Employer - Minority / Female / Veteran / Disabled #J-18808-Ljbffr
