Pay Range: $25 - $35 (Dependent on Experience)

In addition to competitive pay, ISCO offers a benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid vacation, holidays, sick days, and a 401(k). Mechanics are responsible for repairing fusion equipment in a distribution plant. All tools, equipment, and PPE are provided.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
• Inspect, repair, or replace parts as needed.
• Perform preventive maintenance.
• Remove and replace failed parts.
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed.
• Communicate maintenance and repair needs clearly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a mechanic.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic systems is a plus.
• Experience with preventive maintenance procedures.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical demands include occasional lifting, standing, and climbing; ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Screening requirements include a physical, drug screen, and criminal background check.
