Job Description
We are seeking a dependable Ranch Mechanic to join our operations team. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who thrives in a remote, self-reliant environment and takes pride in keeping equipment and vehicles in top condition.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on a wide range of ranch equipment, including:
Trucks, trailers, ATVs, tractors, generators, pumps, and small engines
Diagnose mechanical issues and carry out repairs efficiently and safely
Track maintenance schedules, order parts, and maintain accurate records
Support field operations with mobile repairs when needed
Ensure equipment is safe, operational, and well-maintained
Assist with occasional ranch utility projects (e.g., water systems, fencing, infrastructure repairs)

Skills and Requirements
Proven experience as a mechanic (automotive, diesel, or ag equipment preferred)
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Comfortable working outdoors in varied weather and terrain
Must have a valid drivers license; CDL a plus
Welding and fabrication skills are a bonus null
