Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Sales Agent located in Austin, TX or Charlotte, NC. The Call Center Sales Agent will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients, explaining insurance policy options, answering questions, and guiding clients through the application process. This role includes meeting sales targets, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, and participating in training sessions to stay informed about products and services. The Sales Agent will also work closely with other team members to provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales and Insurance
• Ability to participate in Training sessions and apply new knowledge
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and on-site in Austin, TX
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Previous call center experience is a plus
