Base pay range

$17.00/hr - $24.00/hr

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally.

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and support requests with empathy and efficiency.
  • Document call details and customer interactions in the system.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

Minimum Requirements
