Bilingual Call Center Agent - Korean/Cantonese/Vietnamese Job at Insight Global

JOB DESCRIPTION:

A closed door pharmacy is looking to hire a call center agent to sit onsite in Pittsburgh, PA. This individual will receive inbound calls to resolve issues from doctors, insurers, and patients. This individual needs to be bilingual in Cantonese, Vietnamese, or Korean with strong command of the English language.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Must be Bilingual in Korean, Vietnamese, or Cantonese
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new software
• Open to being onsite 5 days a week

SCHEDULE:

• Full time, 40 hours a week (5x8s)
• Schedule availability: Monday-Friday
  • Various shifts: 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm, 11am-7pm, 12pm-8pm, or 1pm-9pm
• Will need to work Satudays 1 time a month 9:00am-5:00pm
