📞 Job Description - Life Insurance Sales Agent (Call Center)
We are seeking motivated Licensed Life Insurance Sales Agents to join our Southfield, MI call center team. As an insurance sales agent, you will:
- Work with inbound live transfer leads (no outbound prospecting or cold calls)
- Sell life insurance policies to seniors ages 50-85 over the phone
- Deliver excellent customer service support
- Follow proven insurance sales scripts and training programs
- Build lasting client relationships while hitting personal and team sales goals
- Active Life Insurance License (required) - company may help strong candidates with licensing
- Previous sales experience (insurance sales, call center sales, or bartending experience a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated, coachable, and eager to learn
- Must be able to work on-site at our Southfield, MI call center
- Monday - Friday
- 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Full-time, on-site role in Southfield, Michigan
