We have an immediate opening for an energetic, enthusiastic, and highly motivated call center professional to join our growing and dynamic team! Qualifications
- At least one previous customer service-related role
- Strong computer and phone skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Bilingual skills are a plus
Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls and follow up with sales/service appointments
- Respond quickly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates
- Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources
- Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
