We are looking for a Call Center Specialist to join our team in Las Vegas, Nevada. In this Contract-to-permanent position, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


Responsibilities:

• Provide support to customers by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, processing orders, and offering technical solutions.

• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records in the system.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer concerns.

• Participate in a rotating weekend schedule to ensure consistent customer support availability.

• Utilize customer service software and tools effectively to enhance the customer experience.

• Demonstrate a commitment to delivering superior service and maintaining an attentive and meticulous demeanor in all interactions.

• Follow company policies and procedures to achieve key performance metrics and uphold service standards.

• Attend and actively engage in the comprehensive training program to build skills and knowledge required for the role.

• Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing insights and supporting colleagues.

• Adapt to high-volume call center operations and handle multiple customer interactions efficiently.

  • An aptitude and desire to learn & understand small parts & engine mechanics. Either from your personal or professional experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using computers and customer service software.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as part of the rotation schedule.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • High attention to detail when documenting customer interactions and updating records.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
