Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service/Call Center Agent (Bilingual Spanish) to join our team in Irvine, California, supporting our government clients. The successful applicant will work closely with clients to provide high-quality call center services to ensure client satisfaction.


The role offers opportunities to apply and grow skills, collaborate with a motivated team, engage with diverse stakeholders, and contribute to CGS's capabilities in serving clients.


Job Responsibilities


  • Answer incoming inquiries related to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's mission, including answering calls, responding to emails, interviewing clients, and verifying information.
  • Research cases, customer history, and knowledge articles to provide accurate responses to inquiries.
  • Document and communicate all customer interactions clearly in a centralized system.

Required Qualifications


  • U.S. Citizenship and eligibility to obtain a DHS Security Clearance.
  • Ability to work independently, managing and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Excellent typing skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree with two years of related experience, or an Associate's Degree with three years of related experience, or five years of related experience without a degree.
  • Experience in responding to information requests, conducting searches in government databases, and preparing concise summaries under tight deadlines.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, with a minimum proficiency of 2+ on the Interagency Language Roundtable Scale.
  • Strong written and reading communication skills.
