Call Center Agent I, Central Access Svcs — Port Angeles, WA

Provides excellent customer service and supports central call center operations for Olympic Medical Center, including handling incoming calls, managing messages, routing to appropriate departments, and scheduling appointments. This is an on-site role.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service according to Olympic Medical Center standards.
  • Manage incoming phone calls and messages from a central call center for all OMC provider-based clinics and Hospital Outpatient Departments, as assigned.
  • Document telephone messages into the Electronic Health Record (EHR) and route them to appropriate departments.
  • Schedule appointments and answer inquiries.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Experience in Customer Service, Reception or Call Center preferred; knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
