We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team in Atlanta, GA. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and leading a team of call center representatives to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of call center representatives
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction
- Monitor and analyze call center performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide coaching and training to call center representatives to improve performance
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
- Prepare and present reports on call center performance to senior management
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Call Center Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends
- Experience with call center software and technology
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
