What You’ll Do
- Lead and inspire inbound/outbound call center agents
- Ensure quality in every call through coaching and monitoring
- Manage scheduling and staffing to meet peak demand
- Track KPIs and drive data-informed improvements
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and operations
- Leverage tools like Salesforce, Five9, Balto, and Podium
Who You Are
- 5+ years in call center or inside sales leadership
- Skilled in CRM/dialer systems (Salesforce & Five9 preferred)
- A data-driven manager who thrives on results
- Passionate about customer service and team development
- Adaptable, motivated, and ready to grow with us
