What You’ll Do

  • Lead and inspire inbound/outbound call center agents
  • Ensure quality in every call through coaching and monitoring
  • Manage scheduling and staffing to meet peak demand
  • Track KPIs and drive data-informed improvements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and operations
  • Leverage tools like Salesforce, Five9, Balto, and Podium

Who You Are

  • 5+ years in call center or inside sales leadership
  • Skilled in CRM/dialer systems (Salesforce & Five9 preferred)
  • A data-driven manager who thrives on results
  • Passionate about customer service and team development
  • Adaptable, motivated, and ready to grow with us
