Call Center Specialists at Map Communications provide friendly, professional, and comprehensive support to our clients' customers. Using excellent customer service skills, you'll handle calls for various businesses, ranging from medical offices to apartment complexes to professional services. You'll ensure that all aspects of the message are collected thoroughly and accurately, so our customers can trust their issues will be relayed properly.

Customer Service Experience is a Plus, But Not Required.

This is an in-office position. Your responsibilities include professionally handling incoming calls, greeting callers, providing and requesting required information, transferring calls, or taking messages. You will work on our state-of-the-art call processing system and will be trained on various call center tools to help prioritize customer needs. We are an inbound call center only; we do not perform outbound telemarketing or sales calls.

To Be Successful, You Must Have:

• A welcoming voice with an upbeat tone
• Strong command of English with good spelling and grammar
• Computer skills in a Windows environment
• Good attendance
• The ability to type 35+ words per minute

Compensation: $17/hour

Shifts Offered:

• Part-time
• Various shifts including evenings and weekends
• Availability to work a weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) each week

Training lasts about one week. In the second week, you'll move to your new schedule.
