Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective customers through high-volume outbound calls
• Use scripts and sales techniques to qualify leads and schedule in-home consultations
• Build rapport, overcome objections, and set our sales team up for success
• Deliver exceptional service and product information to potential clients
• Work closely with other departments through CRM tools to ensure a smooth handoff
• Stay focused, goal-oriented, and coachable in a performance-based environment

Qualifications

• Previous inside sales, call center, or customer service experience preferred

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and one weekend day
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus)
• High school diploma or equivalent
