Call Center Representative
Community Assistance Agency
$20.33 per hour
6-9 Month Assignment
Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
Columbus, Ohio (onsite)

What you’ll be doing:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls on a multi-line phone system
- Resolving customer complaints
- Following up on customer complaints
- Managing customer databases
- Interviewing clients during telephone calls to obtain information useful in providing effective solutions
- Assisting at the intake desk as needed
- Incoming and outgoing mail distribution
Who we’re looking for:
- Experience handling phone calls, including escalated situations
- Ability to handle a multi-line phone system
- Excellent computer skills
- Willingness to work directly with and assist an underserved population
