Fleet Response specializes in providing services to corporations that self-insure physical damages to their fleets, offering customized insurance-related services.

We are seeking qualified candidates for the Call Center Representative position, which can be remote or at our office. The role involves gathering support for subrogation demands and reporting to responsible parties.

Job Summary: The representative will handle customer service calls, assist clients/drivers with vehicle rentals, accident reporting, roadside assistance, and coordinate with vendors and departments to facilitate claims and repairs.

Essential Duties include:

  1. Answering calls professionally and directing non-rental/claim calls appropriately.
  2. Assisting clients/drivers with rentals, accident reports, roadside assistance, and notifying management of critical issues.
  3. Obtaining and inputting accurate information into the system.
  4. Locating rental agencies or body shops and providing necessary information.
  5. Handling vendor inquiries and coordinating tow/glass repairs.
  6. Communicating with clients for approvals and resolving questions or issues.
  7. Supporting other departments with projects as needed.

Additional responsibilities during evening shifts include: handling non-drivable vehicle notices, serious injury notifications, and coordinating rentals and repairs.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED, or at least six months related experience.
  • Customer service, call center, or car rental experience preferred.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and communicate effectively, with basic math and computer skills.
  • Ability to apply common sense and handle multiple variables in standardized situations.

Work schedule: Initially in-office for 90 days, with potential for hybrid schedules. Overtime may be required.
