Job Summary
Primary role is to handle phone calls in a fast-paced multi-channel contact center. Handle incoming telephone calls which may include routing internal and external callers, first report of claims, assisting with policy changes, payment processing, and other miscellaneous phone requests. May be responsible for processing tasks assigned out of a work queue and take on additional work or projects, all while meeting service level expectations. Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers with the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing. Demonstrates effective organizational skills with the ability to make good common-sense decisions while balancing multiple tasks.
Training: 8:00am-4:30pm
Schedule After Training Would Be
9:00am-5:30pm November-March, flexing to 10:00am-6:30pm March-November due to Daylight Savings time change
Work Location
This position offers both remote and hybrid work locations. Candidates who reside within 50 miles of an office location (West Bend, Madison, Appleton) may work hybrid (3 days/office) or remote . Candidates who are fully remote may occasionally be asked to travel to an office location for in-person engagement activities such as team meetings, training and corporate events.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and problem solving skills
- Prior experience in call center, reception work, retail
- Data entry skills
- Knowledge of personal computers

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some college preferred
The hourly range for this position is $ 19.50-$24.00 .
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. Compensation decisions are made by West Bend and are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
