Summary

America's leading replacement window company, Window World, is looking for a Call Center Specialist to join our Grand Prairie, TX team. In this position, you'll be responsible for ensuring a best-in-class customer experience by assisting customers with product and service-related questions and resolving concerns with urgency. Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, online chat, text, or in person
• Answer questions related to products, policies, and services
• Schedule appointments for estimates, installations, and related services
• Review customer accounts to resolve concerns and escalate issues when necessary
• Route calls and engage resources for follow-up and resolution
• Create and update customer records accurately
• Process payment transactions
• Support outbound initiatives by contacting customers
• Suggest process and policy improvements to enhance customer experience
• Meet performance metrics such as call quality, handling time, and attendance
• Assist with training and orientation of team members as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of customer service or call center experience (2+ years preferred)
• Excellent active listening and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry
• Accuracy and typing skills
• Service-oriented attitude and problem-solving ability
• Positive, team-oriented mindset
• Availability to work in-person Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, and rotating Saturdays 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
