Job Details

• Entry level, full-time position in the Truck Transportation industry
• Assist customers, handle high call volume, and provide excellent support

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience preferred
• Ability to perform multiple tasks in a busy environment
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer support skills
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends during peak times
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word
• Ability to handle high call volume and provide accurate, quick decisions

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and resolve customer questions
• Complete call logs and reports
• Recognize and report trends in customer calls
• Transfer calls appropriately and provide basic information about the company
• Assist with process improvements and other duties as required
