We are an international company operating in the health & beauty sector across Europe and Latin America. We're looking for fluent speakers of Scandinavian or Dutch languages to join our growing remote call center team.

This is a fully remote job with flexible working hours and excellent growth opportunities. Ideal for professionals in Pakistan who speak Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Dutch at a high level.

Requirements
Fluency (C1 or higher) in one of the following languages:
Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Dutch

Strong communication skills and a positive, customer-oriented attitude

Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work independently from any location

Advantage if you have:

Experience with CRM systems

Strong computer and typing skills

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and warm calls from customers in Europe

Consult and sell health and beauty products

Provide assistance with orders, delivery, and product recommendations

Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions

Maintain and update CRM records and prepare brief reports
