Position: Call Center Representative
The Call Center Representative is the front line of patient communication at FSA. This role is all about connecting patients with the care they need—fast and efficiently. You’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, troubleshoot concerns, and keep communication flowing smoothly between patients and clinic staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate department or provider
• Document patient messages in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) accurately
• Facilitate communication between patients and staff
• Create new patient charts and ensure all relevant messages are included
• Fax orders as requested by patients or staff
• Process incoming faxes and upload them to the correct patient charts
• Retrieve medical records from Cerner as needed
• Send out surgical packets to scheduled patients
• Complete and forward SIQ forms to the Allergy department
• Take on additional administrative tasks as assigned by management
