What Youll Do
- Lead with Impact Supervise and inspire a high-performing Inside Sales team, guiding them to success by fostering an environment of teamwork, growth, and achievement.
- Maximize Performance Ensure optimal use of our CRM and phone systems (Lead Perfection) to drive results and streamline operations.
- Recruit and Train Identify top talent, onboard and train new ISRs to succeed in a high-energy call center environment.
- Champion Quality Monitor call quality to ensure every conversation delivers a positive customer experience while adhering to our established scripts and methodologies.
- Analyze & Coach Review weekly performance reports, provide constructive feedback, and implement personalized coaching to continually elevate team performance.
- Achieve Goals Track progress, manage metrics, and ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds call center objectives.
- Collaborate and Innovate Work closely with leadership to optimize schedules, manage timesheet discrepancies, and ensure the teams efforts align with company priorities.
- Live Our Values Uphold and promote Woodbridge Home Solutions core values, setting the tone for excellence in every interaction.
- Proven Leadership 2+ years of experience in call center management, with a demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and inspire teams.
- Sales & Appointment Expertise Background in appointment setting and inside sales is preferred, especially in a home improvement setting.
- Flexibility Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to ensure the success of the team.
- Tech-Savvy Comfortable with basic computer systems and data entry. Experience with CRM systems (Lead Perfection) is a plus!
- Education High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Background Check Pre-employment background check.
