Choose from 5 shifts:

1. M-F 8:30-5:00

2. M-F 10:00-7:00

3. Sunday- Thursday 10:-7.:00

4. Monday- Thursday 2:00 - 9:00

5. Sundays 10:00-6:00

Position Overview: We are seeking four Call Center Representatives to join our scheduling and support team. This is a high-volume, patient-facing role that requires excellent phone etiquette and multitasking ability.

• Quick thinker who stays calm under pressure

• Strong listener and communicator

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments

• Address patient inquiries and concerns

• Route calls appropriately to departments

• Document call activity in internal systems
