Job Description: We are seeking a highly responsive and empathetic Emergency Operator Call Center Representative to join our fast-paced emergency communications team. This role is critical in supporting urgent patient care by managing high-volume emergency calls, including Code Blue alerts and emergency dispatch coordination.

Must Haves:

  • 1 year of experience in a call center

  • Customer Service Background

Plusses:

  • Experience in healthcare or emergency call center 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle approximately 120 emergency calls per shift with precision and urgency.
  • Respond to Code Blue and other critical alerts from nurses, providers, and clinical staff.
  • Dispatch emergency codes and communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure rapid response.
  • Maintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure situations.
  • Document call details accurately and follow established protocols.
  • Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to support patient safety and care.
