Job Overview

Don McGill Toyota Houston is hiring Agents for our growing Business Development Center. This is a full-time position with benefits! The BDC responds to online inquiries and follows up with potential customers via phone and email.

Ideal Candidate

Organized, well-written, comfortable making and receiving high-volume calls, and familiar with basic math for pricing guidelines. Basic to intermediate computer skills are necessary, including experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls and generate sales appointments from internet or phone inquiries.
• Provide a premium customer experience by responding promptly and courteously.
• Identify opportunities to improve dealership performance.
• Use management tools, CRM, and internet to manage inquiries, update files, and track customer interest.
• Prepare quotes, respond to emails and voicemails, and perform administrative tasks.
• Follow up with customers to set appointments.

Qualifications

Previous call center experience is required. A high school diploma or GED is necessary; 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience preferred. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office is required; experience with Car Research XRM and Vehicle Exchange is a plus. Equivalent education and experience will be considered.
