Job Title: Contact Center Agent
Overview:
As a Contact Center Agent, you will be the first friendly person that greets clients on the phone or online and assists them with their banking needs. This role offers a team environment and provides great insight into banking, insurance, and wealth management, building a foundation for a career in financial services.
What You’ll Do:
- Answer calls, chat requests, and emails from external and internal customers to assist with account questions, debit cards, online banking, and fraud in a fast-paced call center environment.
- Verify account information, assist with transactions, educate clients on products and services, and guide them when unsure where to go next, engaging in friendly and meaningful conversations.
What it Takes:
- Maintain confidentiality, adapt to change, and listen closely to identify opportunities to better serve customers, building long-lasting relationships.
- Training will be provided for other skills.
