Summary/Objective
The Account Manager will oversee all crew members on local job sites, manage and retain relationships with customers, and promote all service lines performed by USA DeBusk LLC. The role requires ensuring work is performed safely, satisfactorily, and in accordance with company and customer standards.
Responsibilities
- Follow and promote USAD Safety Standards.
- Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with local customers at the plant level.
- Oversee and mentor crew leaders and members, work flexible hours, including overnight and extended travel.
- Work in industrial environments and adverse weather conditions.
- Present, promote, and sell all service lines to current and prospective customers.
- Visit customer sites regularly, requiring significant travel.
- Ensure purchase orders are obtained before work begins.
- Verify work tickets are complete and match purchase orders.
- Resolve customer problems and complaints promptly to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Report on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities.
- Stay updated on best practices and promotional trends.
- Improve through feedback and follow-up with management on employee, client, or work issues.
- Maintain knowledge of local industry, safety, and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a related industry; sales experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Professional presentation and confidence in promoting service lines and managing work.
- Organizational skills to prioritize responsibilities.
- Sound decision-making, dependability, leadership, coaching, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
