The Park Services Leadership position at Worlds of Fun involves managing daily operations and staff across multiple units, ensuring efficient service delivery and training new associates. Responsibilities include overseeing equipment operation, managing projects such as power washing, and addressing guest and staff concerns. This role offers opportunities for skill development and customer interaction in a fun, dynamic environment.

Overview:

$15.50/hour. Must be 16 years of age and older 

Manages the daily operations and staff of multiple Park Services units and crews including both Worlds and Oceans of Fun. 

  • Performs all duties of a Park Services Associate 
  • Train, coach and mentor new and current associates on operation and park policies
  • Identify operation growth areas and communicate with management
  • Operate equipment such as pressure washers, compactors, park vehicles, hoses, etc.
  • Oversees the effective operation of the Support Services division, ensuring that projects such as power washing and gum removal are completed in a timely manner. 
  • Ensures the availability and proper operation of all materials and equipment, taking appropriate corrective action as needed. 
  • Communicates regularly with management, including operational issues, associate or guest concerns, losses and any unusual situations. 
  • Other duties may be assigned
