Position: Cleaning Specialist

Summary of Objective:

Performs major cleaning duties to ensure validated cleaning processes and procedures are successfully carried out.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform major cleaning on machines, equipment, tooling, and PAPR.
• Ensure machines are free of product debris from previous production runs.
• Complete and maintain cleaning logs.
• Read, understand, and communicate information contained in Batch Records and Work Orders.
• May require overtime and weekend work.
• Adhere to all PCI, cGMP, and GCP policies, procedures, and rules.
• Attendance is essential.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Basic mathematical skills.
• Proficiency in speaking and reading standard communication materials.
• Intermediate reasoning skills to understand and carry out instructions, solve problems involving variables.

Preferred:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Follow instructions and respond to management.
• Make decisions and manage time effectively.

The hourly rate ranges from $15.00 to $16.88, plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus. Final offers depend on experience, education, credentials, location, and expertise. Benefits include paid time off, health insurance (dental and vision), flexible spending account, and 401(k).
