Job Summary:
We are hiring a Part-Time Cleaning Specialist to support our growing team. This role involves general cleaning duties across a variety of settings including homes, offices, and construction sites. It’s perfect for someone dependable, detail-focused, and comfortable working in dynamic environments. Prior experience in residential, janitorial, or post-construction cleaning is helpful, but not required—we’ll train the right person.
Schedule:
3 days per week · 8-hour shifts · Nights are optional
Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning at residential, commercial, and post-construction sites
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize surfaces as required
- Handle and maintain cleaning tools, equipment, and supplies
- Follow detailed instructions and scope-of-work for each location
- Work independently or alongside a small crew to complete jobs on time
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with clients and team members
- Ensure all spaces are left spotless and meet ThinkFast’s quality standards
Requirements:
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to doing high-quality work
- Physically fit and able to lift 30+ lbs, bend, kneel, and be on your feet for extended periods
- Comfortable working in varied environments (occupied homes, offices, job sites)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and fluent in English
- Able to work solo or on a team with a positive attitude
- Cleaning experience is a plus, but not required
Physical Requirements / Work Conditions:
- Regular bending, lifting, walking, and reaching
- May involve dust, debris, or construction materials depending on site
- Hourly Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience)
