We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Technician for a part-time role. Responsibilities include cleaning designated areas, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, trash removal, and restroom maintenance. You will be part of a team of experts committed to excellence. We value friendly, hardworking individuals eager to grow and take on additional responsibilities for future projects. The ideal candidate is diligent, detail-oriented, charismatic, and team-focused.

Vacuum Operator Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness of floors in assigned sections, including tasks such as vacuuming and floor maintenance.

Waste Management Responsibilities: Remove trash from assigned areas and manage waste as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• 1-3 years of work experience
• Ability to pass drug screening and background checks
• Strong attention to detail
• Capable of following directions and working independently
• Willing to work late-night shifts
• High school diploma or GED

Physical Requirements:

• Lifting/moving objects up to 50 pounds
• Standing for up to 8 hours
• Kneeling and overhead lifting capabilities
• Carrying a backpack vacuum (up to 10 pounds)
• Ability to work with cleaning chemicals
