Position Details

Responsibilities:

• Clean CLIU #21 office locations, including restrooms, floors, offices, conference rooms, kitchens, lobby, loading dock, and all-purpose room.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables properly.
• Assist with semi-annual cleaning projects with the Operations Manager.
• Ensure building security after hours.

Qualifications:

• Experience in cleaning buildings.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Skills and Knowledge:

• Ability to follow written instructions, work orders, and schedules.
• Good judgment, teamwork, confidentiality, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Regular attendance during scheduled hours.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, bend, lift, operate cleaning equipment, and travel independently.
• Manual dexterity and effective communication skills.

Authority: The Cleaning Staff has the authority to perform assigned duties according to policies and procedures.

Additional Duties: May include making coffee, assisting visitors, and other tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager.
