Job Description
KPS CLEAN is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our growing team. As a Cleaning Technician you will play a crucial role in delivering high quality exterior cleaning services to enhance the appearance and longevity of our clients' properties. In this hands-on position you will operate specialized cleaning equipment and utilize a variety of techniques to clean surfaces such as driveways, sidewalks, decks, roofs, windows and building exteriors. You will be responsible for not only executing the cleaning process but also assessing the needs of each property and recommending appropriate services. Responsibilities:
- Operate pressure washing and soft washing equipment safely and efficiently
- Work Safely on ladders and roofs
- Assess clients' properties and determine proper cleaning methods
- Clean various surfaces including concrete, brick, wood, glass and siding
- Communicate with clients to provide updates and address any concerns
- Maintain cleaning equipment
- Follow all safety regulations and procedures
