Role Description

This is a part time opportunity, on-site Cleaning & Restoration Technician position located in Wilmington, DE. As a technician, you\'ll play a critical role in providing high-quality restoration and cleaning services including mold remediation, air duct and dryer vent cleaning, water extraction, and other field services. You’ll work both independently and as part of a team in residential and commercial environments, delivering dependable and professional service to every client.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and restoration services at client locations
• Operate equipment and tools for all services provided
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally
• Follow company protocols and safety procedures

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude
• Power tool experience and background in mold mitigation, construction, or demolition is a plus
• Must be able to pass a drug screening and work occasional weekends/nights
• Competitive hourly pay: $18–$22/hour (based on experience)
